I can't say enough good things about this company. OK short version: it has the organisation of a well run multinational company BUT it has the warm welcoming feel of a family reunion. Just superb. So my story: we were in Rhodes last week and wanted to see something of the island. With a 5 month old baby with us, we knew we'd be limited somewhat, so asked at the hotel reception for suggestions. They immediately pointed us towards Tourtlee, and suggested the tour of the Old Town. The hotel reception booked us in online and the very next day we were picked up by a lovely comfortable air conditioned coach at the hotel. Even though we were running late with the little one, the driver waited, even coming into the reception and helping us with the buggy. The coach picked up several people from other hotels but after 20 minutes we were in Rhodes town. It turned out that all the others were going on other coach tours or boat tours and we were the only ones booked in for the Old Town tour! I was worried that would mean it would be cancelled but no, far from it! The thing which makes this company is its people, starting right at the top. George, the boss, was on hand at the bus drop off to make sure everyone knew where to go to get to their boat or coach. He took one look at us with the little one, checked his list, and told us he was going to make it as easy as possible to enjoy the town with our daughter. This is when we met Maria our guide, one of the loveliest ladies I've ever met! Her knowledge of the town was incredible but she also had friends she knew still working inside the old town so as well as history, we got stories of people still living and working there today. A really fascinating time. This company go WAY over what any other tour company I've seen in terms of customer service. Whilst Rhodes is a beautiful island, this company has beautiful people who just make everything so easy and so enjoyable. Thank you Tourtlee; George, Maria and Andreas for showing some of your amazing island to us. We will DEFINITELY be back!

I was in Rhodes on 13th July with my wife, parents and 2 small children (ages 2 and 6) and we organised a private tour with George. I can't tell you how impressed I was with everything from the planning to the actual tour. It was tailored exactly to my requirements and even exciting for the 2 small children. Our tour guide Maria was incredible and so knowledgable. Everything that we wished to understand about Rhodes was explained to us and she went out of her way to give us the most incredible day. If you are looking to tour Rhodes use this company and try and get Maria as your guide. Thanks again George and Maria - outstanding day in Rhodes.

Today, myself and my partner took the walking tour and it was an amazing experience. Maria, knows a lot of information when it comes to the churches and the historic sites around Rhodes old town. She was even kind enough to tell us you can purchase a 10 euro ticket so you can visit the grand master palace and the architecture museum; saving money over purchasing them seperatley. Maria even showed us where buildings used to be and why they were destroyed etc... She knew all of the time scales and which buildings had italian, Muslim and other influences and how they did. We had an absolute fantastic time, it is a must! Thank you so much!

Wir haben online, direkt über die Homepage spontan einen Tag vor der Tour gebucht. Nächsten Tag waren wir am Treffpunkt, übrigens ganz leicht zu finden (einfach auf die roten T-Shirts achten). Die Tour war einfach toll und ist total empfehlenswert, dank Maria!!! Ausgezeichnetes Englisch, leicht und schön zu folgen. Man muss dazu sagen, dass Maria eine US-Griechin ist. Die Tour haben wir mit Überlange beendet, da sich Maria die Zeit genommen hat uns jede Frage zu beantworten und uns noch Lokale zum Kaffee trinken und lunch erklärt und gezeigt hat. Extra Reiseführer und Stadtplan auf Deutsch gabs gratis dazu. Auf den Punkt gebracht: tolle Tour. Sehenswert. Ausgezeichnetes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. 100% Weiterempfehlungswert! Danke Maria! ❤️
