Sea Food Mezes: sliced Octopus in wine sauce, Avgotaraxo or Bottarga in English - a delicacy of salted, cured fish roe pouch, typically from the grey mullet or the bluefin tuna (bottarga di tonno). The best-known version is produced around the Mediterranean; similar foods are the Japanese karasumi and Taiwanese wuyutsu, which is softer, and Korean eoran, from mullet or freshwater drum.

Place: Ladiko Bay is definitely one of the most romantic spots of the Rhodes island. It became famous after the Anthony Quinn’s movie “The Guns of Navarone” was filmed here. Quinn himself, charmed by the unspoiled beauty of Ladiko bay, owned a part of it, named, how else than “Anthony Quinn beach”. The nature is generous with this little bay – a tiny and romantic sand and pebbles beach, calm emerald waters, lush green hills along with the exotic scent of the pine trees, make together an idyllic place. You'll love it!

About the yacht: Azimut 50 ft was built in Italy at a yard long recognised for its high-tech approach to boatbuilding. Constructed on an easy-riding, deep-V hull with underwater exhausts and cored hullsides, her fully integrated swim platform is designed to stow (and launch) an inflatable or jet ski.
